“The Kindergarten in Al Aqabah” — a 14 min film by Amir Terkel

“.. After the army base was removed from the village a few months, we started helping the people to return to their homes. The first thing we did was to start fixing the kindergarten... Through the work of the Rebuilding Alliance, the kindergarten opened in May 2004, with an enrollment of 80 children. ”

“On the Ground: Witness, Resist, Rebuild” — a film by Sean Geary

It was filmed in August 2003, follows Israeli activist Jeff Halper to Jerusalem house demolitions, culminating in his arrest for civil disobedience in a multinational effort to save the Jabari family's home. That same week, volunteers helped the Shawamreh family build the Beit Arabiya Peace Center on their land, where their home was demolished four times previously. To order film, click the button below
