A Collective Song: Music to Make Hearts Sing - Benefit Concert
Please come to a benefit concert to raise money to build a children's music center in Palestine! The music center will be established in a small West Bank village, where residents have virtually no access to music, and will be a place where children and youth can come to play, learn, teach, and listen to music. This center will be an outlet for stress and grief in a war-torn community and thus a tangible contribution toward peace in the region. We're calling it "A Collective Song" Music Center because if we all join together in a collective song, we can achieve much, including healing through music. One hundred percent of your ticket price will go toward costs incurred in building the music center, such as teachers' salaries and the purchase of instruments, sheet music, music stands, furniture, music recordings, and equipment on which to play recorded music.
