 What is Gaza GivingCart™?

Gaza GivingCart™ is a humanitarian initiative developed by Rebuilding Alliance that creates a way for donors to safely provide food and essential goods directly to families in need in Gaza.

Gaza GivingCart™ is an online platform that allows donors to provide essential support—such as food, winter supplies, and other items— that are locally sourced and coordinated directly with families in need. The platform also features ongoing humanitarian projects that donors can support at any time. Gaza GivingCart makes giving simple, transparent, safe, and deeply personal, transforming every contribution into a vital lifeline for those who need it most.

How it works

1. Donors choose essential items or support a project
   Visitors select specific aid items, bundles, or ongoing humanitarian projects through the Gaza GivingCart platform.

2. Donors specify a recipient or choose “Where Needed Most”
   Supporters may select a designated beneficiary—such as a relative or friend—or choose the “Where Needed Most” option, allowing our team to allocate assistance to families with the most urgent needs.

3. Items are sourced locally
   Our trusted local partners in Gaza procure the requested items from approved suppliers based on each purchase order.

4. Pickup is coordinated with families
   Our local team contacts beneficiaries directly to arrange a confirmed day, time, and location for item pickup.

5. Transparency and accountability
   Each step of the process is documented to ensure assistance reaches the intended recipients.

What Can Be Donated?

Gaza GivingCart offers a range of critical aid options, including:

• Food parcels

• Winterization items (blankets, tarps, warm clothing and tents)

• Seasonal or emergency response packages

• Direct amount paid towards a humanitarian project
