We completed the fourth phase of PKU food parcel distributions

From May 1st to May 23rd, through our project Food as Medicine for Palestine's PKU Kids, we completed the fourth phase of PKU food parcel distributions—delivering a total of 180 parcels to 114 families across Khan Younis, Deir al-Balah, Gaza City, and North Gaza, reaching 180 PKU patients despite the worsening humanitarian crisis.

With limited access to food, medicine, and clean water, families caring for children with PKU are facing impossible choices. Specialized food, essential to managing PKU, is nearly impossible to find. Under siege and bombardment, our team pressed on with determination. On May 1st alone, we reached 14 families in Khan Younis and 10 families in Deir al-Balah. In the following weeks, we delivered 71 parcels to Gaza City and North Gaza, and by May 23rd, we returned to Khan Younis to support more families.
