Fatma shared that this constant pressure has resulted in extreme anxiety and hopelessness.
Our social worker Fatma visited Ashkarah, Susya, and Alkadeah located in the West Bank, to support Palestinian families facing daily threats and violence. Psychological support was offered to help families process their trauma. Meanwhile, in Alkadeah, an awareness session taught women how to protect their children from dangerous army waste left in fields, followed by a private session for one mother seeking additional help. As many as 30 people benefited from this support: 10 children, 15 mothers, and 5 young men.
The families live under constant threat of army raids and settler violence that rob them of safety and privacy, even at night. Fatma shared that this constant pressure has resulted in extreme anxiety and hopelessness.
Fatma’s work is essential for improving the mental health of these families. Please consider donating today https://goto.gg/50414 – link in bio!
