Children with Phenylketonuria (PKU) in Gaza are facing life-threatening challenges. This rare genetic disorder makes it dangerous for them to eat protein. Without access to specialized medical foods—currently blocked from entering Gaza—fresh vegetables remain their only safe source of nutrition.
