On Tuesday, September 15, our team in Gaza completed the 11th PKU food parcel distribution, delivering 200 specialized food parcels to families caring for Phenylketonuria (PKU) patients across the Gaza Strip — 53 in Gaza, 37 in Deir Al-Balah, and 110 in Khan Younis.

For this distribution, our team worked to get the best possible food and pricing for families, receiving three quotes from different suppliers and comparing options to improve both the quality of the products and the cost of each parcel.
