Adam Ramadan

Adam

Deputy Director

My Name is Adam Ramadan and I am both enthusiastic and grateful to be part of Rebuilding Alliance’s Board of Directors. I have over 8 years of experience in Project Management in the Engineering and Construction industry. I have experience in overseeing all operations from engineering, budgeting and forecasting, auditing, scheduling, construction, compliance and reporting. In addition, I collaborate closely with executives on creating strategies to support growth and profitability.

My career has provided a broad skill set that I am certain will allow me to succeed as a board member. With my management skills, I will be able to strengthen the organization’s programs and services as well as ensure resources are being used effectively. With my ability to plan large scale projects, I can assist in effective organizational planning and risk management. With my experience in stakeholder management, I am certain I can represent the donors and beneficiaries.

Not only will my current position bring benefits to serving on the board, but my passion for human rights fits well with Rebuilding Alliance’s vision and mission. I’m always looking for opportunities, both personally and professionally, to advocate for peace between Israel and Palestine. I am keen to utilize the skills obtained from my professional development and merge that with my personal interest in the Palestinian Cause. As a first generation American Palestinian, I value and cherish the roots of my grandparents. Having the privilege of growing up in America I understand the best way to ensure equal rights for the Palestinian people is through education, advocacy, and support.

Outside of work I am a loving husband and father of four beautiful children. I am so excited to teach my children all the good they can give back to the world, starting with Rebuilding Alliance. I enjoy spending any vacation opportunity back home in Bir Nabala, Palestine.
