Hani Nofal is a former U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer who served over a decade in leadership roles across operations, engineering, and strategic readiness. Following his military career, he transitioned into civilian life as a financial advisor based in Nashville, Tennessee, where he helps families and business owners build long-term financial resilience through values-driven planning.
As a Palestinian American, Hani brings both technical and military expertise as well as personal perspective to Rebuilding Alliance’s mission of advancing human dignity and rebuilding communities in Palestine. He combines his background in systems leadership and financial management with a lifelong commitment to justice, humanitarian action, and sustainable development.
Hani holds a B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and a postgraduate diploma in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He lives in Nashville with his wife, Katerina, and their two young children, Ezra and Eve.
