Vianna Vo, Secretary

Vianna Vo is a Director at Mindset, where they advise companies, coalitions, and nonprofits on federal policy strategy, congressional engagement, and regulatory advocacy. Vi brings deep experience navigating Capitol Hill, with a particular focus on healthcare and retirement policy.

Prior to joining Mindset, Vi served as Deputy Legislative Director for U.S. Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan. In that role, they helped shape and advance the Congressman's legislative priorities, managed a diverse policy portfolio, and worked closely with House leadership, committee staff, and stakeholder organizations to develop bipartisan solutions.

Vi holds a B.A. in Human Biology and a minor in Human Rights from Stanford University.
