Operations Manager

I am grateful to be joining Rebuilding Alliance as Operations Manager, where I support the day-to-day systems and processes that allow our programs and advocacy work to function smoothly and effectively.

I hold a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and previously worked at the United States Institute of Peace, supporting programs in the Middle East and on the Civic Engagement & Scholarship team. My work there spanned both programmatic and operational support, working closely with partners and internal teams.

In 2025, I spent three months in Masafer Yatta in the occupied West Bank volunteering with the Center for Jewish Nonviolence, providing protective presence to Palestinian communities facing displacement and settler violence.

I am also the founder of 2J3O: Two Jews, Three Opinions, an initiative that supports Jewish communities and leaders in building resilient, connected communities through reflective dialogue and structured conversation. I bring a deep commitment to justice, accountability, and care into my operational work, believing that strong internal systems are essential to sustaining meaningful impact.
