Rafeek Elmadhoun is RA’s Programs Manager in Gaza Since 1994, he has been an active leader in private and public sector organizations focused on humanitarian and development agendas, He has worked for UNRWA, UNDP, World Food Programme, UNICEF, International Center for biosaline agriculture and various NGOs in the design and management of economic empowerment programmes and poverty reduction initiatives including, youth development, education, agriculture and private sector development, and capacity building projects.
